The project
The larger of the two sites we have running.
A G+22 building on just under seventeen thousand square feet of plot. That is how this part of Malad works. The ground does not get any wider, so the building goes up instead.
It is an SRA scheme, which means the society that stood here voted for it, signed for it, and moves back into it when it is finished. Almost everything Dharti has built in twenty-five years started the same way.
Work is under way on site now.
How it happened
A society decided first. Everything else followed.
