Every building here replaced one that families were already living in. They sit a short drive from each other in Malad, Kandivali and Borivali, and the next one is coming up in Sion. Every one of them began with a society voting yes.

Our largest site, and four buildings rather than one. It is a society redevelopment like the rest of our work, at a scale we have not built at before.

What comes next.
One development is in the early stages, and it takes us off the western line for the first time. There is not a great deal we can say about it yet, and we would rather say nothing than say something we have to change.
Sion
Coming soon to Sion
Closer to the centre of the city than anything we have built, and the first of ours off the western corridor. It does not have a name yet.
