The project
A small plot, and a tall answer to it.
Thirteen thousand square feet of ground, with a G+23 tower rising off it. Height is what redevelopment gives a society when the plot itself cannot get any bigger.
An SRA scheme, like most of our work. The families who were here before we started are the ones who move back in, to the same address and the same neighbours.
Work is under way on site now.
How it happened
A society decided first. Everything else followed.
